Current Running
I run just enough to keep up with some of the high school kids that I help coach at Maddock HS today.
Most Memorable Race:
Too many good times to recall. I do feel fortunate that I was a part of what I would refer to as North Dakota's version of the Running Boom in the 1980's, and the great competition with my rivals: Arnie Falk, Brad Braunberger, Jim Stage, Mike Just, Tim Francis, Jeff Dick, Joel Rovang and all the other great runners of the 1980's. Thanks for the memories!
Favorite Workout
6 x 1 mile intervals.
Favorite Place to Run
Garden of the Gods. In ND, I enjoy running along the Missouri River when in Bismarck.
Other Activities
I don't think I should go there!
